CSS3 Spinner

Featured Replies

Hey

So i've made myself a nice little css3 spinner but now i actually want it to come up before loading in some content? how can i do this using the css3 spinner and not an image?

Linkyy!

Link above if anyone wants to check out the code etc

Cheers

Lewi

Does the content actually take time to load? I'd imagine you need to write a jQuery script here which displays content only when fully loaded.

That kinda of my problem mike i mean on a decent connection a few pictures will take seconds? I've had a look at jQuery stuff but all the one i've found are using the <img> tag problems time i learnt abit more jQuery and wrote my own?

is it possbile to edit this to work with a div?

Might be but i'm not 100%, someone with more knowlage could probably say for sure. but since the CSS animates the div all it would need is some kind of jquery function to tell it to appear until all the content is loaded?

thanks mike will give it ago and let you know how it goes.

Just replace the img tag with your div. Then target it in the jQuery, replacing the #loader id with the id of your div.

wicked ima give this ago :)
