Strange question - I want to link to my website on a certain social networking, but I don't want that link to appear in SEO results.

 

So if a potential client searches for my 'company' name, they don't get my personal myspace/bebo/virb/facebook etc profile popping up.

 

Would using a tinyurl do this for me? Any suggestions?

 

P.S. Engines is spelt wrong in the forum name... "SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) & Search Egnines"

yes, using a tinyurl would stop your company name yielding a social network site ... unless google has gone further with tracking deep links...
