I am only just starting out as a website designer and have invested in Dreamweaver. I have used the Spry Tabbed Panels within this but would like a more rounded look to the tabs. I would also like the more rounded look on horizontal navigation bars.

 

I know I could attempt to make my own tabs within Coral Paint Shop Pro Photos X2, but may not achieve a professional finish.

 

I have looked at resources on the Internet and come across this website

where is is approx $69 to buy in various templates.

 

Can anyone advise me if they have used these and if they would be a good investment.

Nope. Generated stuff is never a good investment - a good investment is the time spent learning to do it yourself. Also, Spry is a terrible framework. Try jQuery.
