July 18, 201115 yr A social app that can run on my website and any other website my page links to! Hmm, Based on the vague question, my assumption is that you wish to have your site "mysite.com" on which a social network type site will live from which people could for example link their profiles from their own sites "myownsite.com"? An example being using a YouTube video on your site? If that is the case then Yes it is possible, use iframes and or create a PHP API to serve XML for example to allow developers to use the code as they wish or force the use of an iframe. Or do you mean installing it on multiple servers? Or do you mean your site requesting and sending data between two servers/sites? Or a while labelled version of your software? The list could go on Edited July 18, 201115 yr by CSN-UK

July 19, 201115 yr Well I planning on maybe having a link to yahoo.com maybe and have the app running un top of yahoo, but i heard that this is impossible? Is it? Short of using an iframe to have some sort of banner at the top of the page with the desired yahoo page below, I'm not sure I follow... although I could not see the point in such an exercise. For example this random theme that is hosted somewhere outside of theme forest with an iframe banner at the top : http://themeforest.net/item/village-xhtmlcss/full_screen_preview/400346 Edited July 19, 201115 yr by CSN-UK
July 19, 201115 yr Author That is exactly what I would want to do!!! Something like that black bar! But I would like to have it run on every page that people from my page link to! Could it be done with some sort of remote server trick of some kind or its not possible?
