yep, everyhting is customizable. its designed in photoshop aswell.

thanks for your comment :)

Price depends what we're talking about - is it just a template, or the whole site coded? Template on it's own wouldn't be worth a lot, especially for a social networking site. The requirements for something like that would probably be quite inflexible - someone wanting a social network site would have a feature list and the chances of an off-the-shelf template fitting it are pretty minimal. Thn there's the design - would it fit with their target market and marketing strategy?

If this is a template without any backend work, you'd be better off adjusting it so that it could be used as a myspace layout or similar.

You are quite right - just what I was going to say...

To produce a template to fit the design you have chosen is relatively straightforward. Probably about a day and a half's work to copy it directly and get everything working correctly cross browser and validated. I would probably make this from scratch for about £375 - £500

To code it, add the content, scripting to create log in's, favorites, user profiles, downloads and videos, blogs would take several weeks. 6 weeks full time to get the basics coded would be around £8500.

I charge an average web design rate of £40 per hour.

There are many varied level web designers who could do this from a back bedroom. You could get some 15 year old to do it as a project for pocket money maybe?

Hope this is what you are looking for.

Paul.
