New to Jquery!

Featured Replies

Hey all hope your well!

Just a quick question I am currently learning jquery as i am trying to increase my front end skills!..

I have been through the tutorials and it's making a fair bit of sense. However i was just wondering if anyone could reccomend on what i should start developing with Jquery for me to put what i have learnt into practice?

I was thinking of just trying to put some basic scrolling banners together or even a animated menu.

What do you think?

Any tips would be appreciated.

Josh

I am also new to jQuery and would like to know how to put my basic knowledge into practice. Anyone? Just bumped the thread. :)

Make a lavalamp navigator, if you don't know what that is, you can search by google(many examples). Or (maybe a little too hard for beginners) a parrallax scrolling page. check nikebetterworld.com for that. Or a client-side validation form. Good luck with Jquery.
