Is there any software to compare the two text files.??

it will be so useful for me to compare two CSS files....cheers

I can't remember if it is built in or you have to add a plugin, but there is a Compare files in Notepad ++ (under Plugins on the menu)

 

I use it all the time - it's brilliant

UltraEdit has a pretty solid one.

 

I use BeyondCompare and 100% recommend it. It's incredibly powerful and you can even use it to compare folders. If you set up FTP you can have it push files much like source control. It's a great way to migrate something to a production server without breaking the relative paths.
