Hi guys

This is something I have always had an interest in, it was a php on youtube that did this via an API that made web design sort of a passion of mine...

Since then I have always wondered about this...

I want to be able to make something for ****s and giggles that lets me send texts to people from my pc/internet without using a 3rd party...

How exactly does a man do this?

any tips appreciated
