I have a transparent background PNG image which is set to repeat in the CSS however, I have been sent a screenshot from one person of it fading which is clearly a problem.

Is this a cross browser/platform issue or something on their side. I have had no problems viewing the site on any other platform/browser.

Ah, a classic. That's a 1x1 pixel square that you're repeating to get your background. Make it a 2x2.

 

Shame we can't generate IE's oddness in other browsers, I've always thought it's a really cool effect

I always do mine 10x10, i have had various issues with anything smaller.
