Anyway I was not familiar with PHP at the time and need to implement a User Registration System into the site for unique users and uploading privileges. I found this, its good in that you can download a pre built system and copy it in to your own site. I just wanted to post a link in case it is of any use to anyone else, it took me a long time to find! Siteezy
