.co.uk or .com conundrum

Featured Replies

Hello,

My site's only been live for a couple of months.

Im currently using .com (but also own .co.uk) and have maybe 9 backlinks to the site (see attached)

Ive recently started to try get my site up the rankings - currently on page 30 for 'freelance designer leeds' - which is pretty rubbish!

So my question...

Whilst my sites relatively new, should I just move my site onto .co.uk?

or leave it put? - and just redirect .co.uk to .com?

How much difference does it really make with overall ranking having .co.uk?

cheers

My site:

krishowes.com

Even if it doesn't improve SEO, visitors will still find it easier letting them punch both .co.uk or .com into the address bar so it's a win win situation.

Just stick with how it is now, .co.uk > .com
