I have a client who has a website which is top 200000 in world and top 95000 in america etc.

 

The website is gaining traffic fast with over 800 unique visitors a week and growing by the week, the website is now making about £1000 a month profit now.

 

Anyway the new website is nearly complete which will have alot of great features. The website will have an api system which will allow other websites to interact with it etc also.

 

The design will be clean and simple like themeforst.

 

Anyway at the moment there is only 5 developers on the site. 4 of which are making over £100 a week from the site.

 

My question is how to get new designers/developers on it.

 

At the moment people cant signup to be author due to new website about to be live in next week or 2 but i notice people still are not trying to become a designer.

 

Other new feature for this site will be custom work. Where customers can ask for custom work and author can do the work through the sites payment system.

 

This site is better for prices than themeforst, templatemonster etc as designers/developers get 75% of money earned if dedicated or 50% if selling elsewhere which is a mile better than any other website.

 

Can anyone suggest how to get designers to the website.

 

The new site will need graphic designers, developers, scripters, font creators, audio creators, video and flash developers, photographors for stock photos etc.

 

Templates we do not want generic rubbish like themeforst, as all templates look the same, we are after unique but good quality. Same with graphics really.
