I need my side bar to sit on the bottom, it does it on the homepage, but alot of the other pages are longer so it doesent sit properly and leaves a big gap. any clue how to make this work properly no matter how long the web page is?

Do you mean you want the column to be full height no matter how long the page is? If so, you should take a look at faux columns http://www.alistapart.com/articles/fauxcolumns/

Ive read that and thats not really what i aiming for. Im trying to get my right-sidebar to sit on the fotter like the left-sidebar does to the header.
