Hello WebDes Community!

 

I'm new here so let me start off by just saying i'm a relatively new player to the pitch, but i'm here to learn as much as i can.

 

 

So diving right in, here's my objective:

 

A simple information webpage (That's the part i can deal with).

 

Before you get to the webpage, there needs to be a popup that will ask for Name and Email address. The "popoup" should not show up if they have the site in cache.

 

The Name will be used on a "signature" wall that will be on the webpage. If there are duplicate names, it wont post on the signature wall twice.

 

The email will be used so that i can send an e-mail to visitors if anything changes that i want them to check out.

 

Part one i can handle with no problem... everything else... i need help

Haha just a bit. You are probably not to familiar with MySQL or PHP are you?

The pop up isn't the hard part, but where is all of your info (Names and email) going to go once they enter it.
