I am learning html5, and I would like to know what the section tag is about. The only idea I can think it is used for is to structure.

 

eg

<section>

<h1>

This is my section

</h1>

</section>

 

 

but does that mean that div tag will be replaced by section tag.

 

I under stand the Nav tag. It make it easier for search engines to index the site.
