Hi Guys,

 

Hopefully someone can advise... I was off work yesterday, when I left my PC it was fine. I've come into work this morning, and now, when I scroll down pages, it "jolts", if that makes sense.

I have tried deleting the driver for my monitor and re-installing it but to no avail. Can anyone suggest anything?

this sounds likely to be a mouse error caused by a faulty mousewheel.

 

you can pick up a new mouse from Amazon or dabs, but you could always nick someone elses mouse to confirm the diagnosis

It's not the mouse, same problem using the scrollbars too

Anyone got any idea?

Don't mean to sound pushy, it's just it is REALLY annoying

Have you turned off/on smooth scrolling recently?

Does it only do it on the web? or when scrollingin documents like Word etc too?
