Problrm with 'active' tab

hey,

 

having a problem with the tabs on this pg:My link

 

I want the active tab to be orange, the same as the hover. I have this in my css which I thought would work:

 

	  ul#tabnav li a:hover, ul#tab li a:active {
    background:#f0ab00 none repeat scroll 0%;
  }

 

anyone spot why its not working?
