I have a php site which consists of a few categories & listings, it was transfered to a new server and now has syntax errors and can't use the backend correct. i.e: add edit or delete catergories with out it throwing errors.

I just don't see how anyone could confidently give you a price, based on the information you've supplied. In fact, even with lots more information, this is still a troubleshooting activity, and until the cause of the defect is identified, how would anyone know how much effort would be involved?

 

So there would be risk involved in quoting for this piece of work.

 

Maybe you could suggest what your budget is, and at least then someone might decide whether to take on such risk.

 

It could be something that is fixed in a matter of minutes, or if it's down to various PHP features being used that are not supported by the hosting, it may well be impossible to fix.

 

You might have to supply the source code before a quote can be made.
