October 1, 201015 yr I was in need of some printer ink. I found some on eBay, which also allowed for a best offer. So I started off by offering £2 below list price.. Declined. Tried again at £1 below, and it got declined again! Tried one last time at £0.50 below list price, and guess what.. it was declined. Why the f*** have that enabled if you're just going to declined any real offers ? So, in protest I boycotted the seller, and went an paid a bit more to buy it from someone else. hehe. It felt good .

October 1, 201015 yr I think it might be slightly cheaper to list an item 'buy it now with offers' than it is to list it as 'plain buy' it now.
