Sorry to be blunt, but you don't have a clue really. From all your threads, and this is the second on comparison sites, you seem to have lots of ideas to try and make money but think that it's going to be 1) quick, 2) easy, 3) make you a fortune. Not a bad thing but it does help if you understand the business concepts first.

 

There is no easy way. As Rallport and Jock have said it will be complicated and time consuming even for the most competent designer/developer.

 

And then think of the competition. A quick Google http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=compare+pay+monthly+phone+deals&meta=&rlz=1I7ADFA_en Loads of them doing it. Established, know what they are doing and possibly cornering what is a niche market. Is there room for another? what will your site bring to make it special?
