The blue stripe that runs horizontally across the page, how can I bring the 2 bottom elements (35mm slide conversion & web/graphic design) up so there is no dark blue stripe across the page?

Cut 2px from the background image or set it in CSS:

 

background-position: 0px -2px;

I actually fixed the issue so some of you might not have noticed a problem.
