Are there any good free website diagnostic tools that you can recommend?

Thanks for replies.

The kind of report Im looking for is:

'reporting to the website owner/manager on issues found in relation to the user experience, ease of navigation and achievement of compliance.'

Thx

The things you mention are all about human interaction. No software can give you a report like that.

However you can use a heat map type of service such as - https://www.crazyegg.com/ - to see how users are interacting with a site and noticing your call to actions.

That would be the best way, but you can user your experience to make an informed guess.

Use webmaster tools on google, bing and yahoo for a start. Google Analytics will also help you to diagnose traffic flow issues and fall out problems.

yup , I say Google Analytics is best out there for the time being ;)

However, you can use the heat map of the type of service, such as: - https: / / www.crazyegg.com/ - how users interact with the site and find the action to call. This would be the best, but you can own the user experience to make informed hypothesis.
