August 20, 201015 yr Please can you review my website. www.yarmin.co.uk Disclaimer: Please note this is not advertising, I need some guidance! And please be soft on me because it's my 2nd site, I've been trying to learn and build them for the last 6 months only. I started it off in code and then finished it off with Dreamweaver and used templates also... Please can someone cast some guidance on why I'm not getting any hits on Google or any other search engine. I can't find it at all, even if I type in all sorts of searches! I think I've done something wrong in the coding! Any help would be really appreciated.

Many reasons, some are: Not enough unique hits No backlinks to improve your Google PR You are using keywords (ipod, ps3, xbox etc) that thousands/millions of sites already cater for. This idea has long been exhausted. Though, if this site is new the crawlers may not have indexed the page yet.

Yeah this site is new, however using Google Webmaster Tools when a see what data Google is picking up, it isn't getting anything. I've inputted both http://yarmin.co.uk and http://www.yarmin.co.uk... I'm sure I've done something wrong in the code that doesn't allow for it to be read almost like a flash site (This obviously isn't a flash site). I've attached screenshots from the Webmaster Tools from Google....
August 21, 201015 yr at a guess the fact that it's got "freebie jeebies" in there or "free ipad" etc etc that Google is ignoring it. How many sites like this are there?
August 21, 201015 yr Author Yeah I see what you're saying but an outright search on my website doesn't work either, so for example if I do this search: site:yarmin.co.uk "step 1" It should come up with something, but check out the screenshot.

Just an after thought would it be worth me changing the domain name to something more relevent? Like FreebiesYarmin? Would that increase hit chance?
