Hello,

 

I'd like to set up A Record for a domain, let it be xyz.com .

My hostng company is offering me to use cPanel and Simple DNS Zone Editor.

 

I can set a record for "www.xyz.com" but not without www prefix.

It's because when I add a new domain in cPanel, it automatically creates a subdomain of the main domain, that redirects to the "xyz.com" domain.

So, how can I do it?

 

I've emailed the company, but they are not responding for a while.

Never mind, they did this for me - I couldn't do this.
