July 25, 201016 yr How much should i charge for a complete design and construction of a brochure website, per hour? The Website is for an accountancy and the owner wants the website to be similar to the Javed and Co website: http://www.javed.co.uk/ However, in his website he is going to have a slideshow ( video), photo's (which I have taken during one of our meetings) and effects such as rollovers. The client has typed out all the information for me to just copy and paste and has purchased the domain name previously. This is my first proper payed website design and could really use some help and pointers Thanks!
July 25, 201016 yr Since it is your first paid job, I would advise to go in with a low quote (but not to low) so as to get accepted for the job and to get work to put on your portfolio! Myself, for that website, I would probably charge £500 and it will take me 5 days to do it.
July 29, 201016 yr Totally agree with you, I would charge about £500 for the site, a little bit cheaper if it was a simmple brochure site but you have the slideshow and bits n pieces like that.
