I apologise in advance if this is a silly question!

 

I've recently been trying to get my site listed on Google. I've signed up to the webmaster tools and downloaded the robots.txt.

 

HOWEVER. Due to problems I was having with framed forwarding, the contents of the robots.txt that Google downloaded originally are wrong. I've since sorted the forwarding problems so the robots.txt should now be correct if Google would just re-download it ...but it won't! Does anyone know how I can convince it to give me another chance?!

 

I think because the robots.txt is invalid the site isn't getting indexed although I can't be entirely sure.

 

After seeing another post on here I tried searching for "site:mydomain.co.uk" and received no results.

 

If anyone can help me I would be most grateful.
