Hi

 

I created a pdf from Indesign and someone has gone to open it from a link within a html newsletter, but it has come up with an error when trying to retrieve it from the location on the hosting:

 

There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109)

 

And then when they went to close it:

 

There was an error processing a page. A file I/O error has occurred

 

I then e-mailed exactly the same pdf to her and she was able to open it.

 

Any ideas why this error came up?

Have you tried accessing the pdf from the link yourself?
