Hi folks,

 

I've just set up as a self employed (sole trader) web designer/graphic designer & stumbled across this site today whilst looking for business advice...found it very useful so far & I've only scratched the surface.

 

I used to work in advertising (boooo) for the local paper until I got binned off last year (along with almost everyone else) & have been (re)learning web design since then.

 

I'm getting into jquery at the mo, especially the cool slidey stuff...my site's http://thisisstarshaped.com/
