How do you go about implementing snippets of Flash (such as a flash banner) on your site without the need to 'Allow Active Content' to run in Internet Explorer?

 

I see lots of sites with animated ads / banners etc that work just fine when I'm browsing the web, but when I try to do it for my own sites, I get the security warning?
