With the assumption you meant to say 'prospective Employers'...

Is your Web Design specific to html based (static) websites? You have to bear in mind that there are countless Web Designers out there with tight skills, who are really good at Visual Design as well as html coding. If you want to concentrate on html Web Design you really need to get those visualisation skills. Pure html coders are ten a penny and you would have a hard time getting anywhere.

The Dreamweaver/Firefox 'MM_swapImgRestore' function is a little outdated now and the same effect can be achieved with css, keep your chops up to date when it comes to html/css. I would also learn to organise your navigation into ul/li tags. If decide to go down the coder route you need to write well constructed/semantic code. I personally would not rely on javascript for any essential website elements such as menus etc.

To be honest, I would have a hard time convincing people to hire me based on the designs you have submitted. If you want to design as well as code, brush up on some Graphic Design skills. If not, you can always get hired to chop up photoshop images into html - leaving the design part to designers. Again, this is a swamped market and you really need to excel.

Your saving grace is that you do have an awareness of layout, the structure of your sites are tidy and well laid out, and each website has consistent design throughout their pages. So I think with practice and experience you will get there.
