Its the XHTML and the CSS, things like naming , code cleanlyness , tags that shouldnt be used where there used, basically look at it as someones first attempt at optimising a page, who's just moved over from html tables and 1x1 gifs to XHTML Strict and CSS layouts. The client wanted a page thats friendlier to the search engines and faster to download. The origional page is here http://ewto.at/wingtsun , which is what I got to work with.
