Should I still use lists in HTML or just do them in CSS?

Working on building my chops. On my little web page, I have a few lists. I've done them in Html. I'm wondering should I just erase those and make them in CSS. Is it good practice to have some styles in Html, or should I just strictly do everything - style wise - in CSS? Is there still a place for stuff like this in Html?
