hey there, i wonder if anyone can help me. ive set up a basic contact form, and php to send it to my email, but when i click submit, it opens (or option to save) instead of sending the information. i cant work out whats wrong. the website address is www.electricalservicescardiff.com/contactus

This issue suggests that the server which is hosting the site is not running Apache or does not allow for PHP script execution. What host are you using?

its 123-reg.co.uk. ive checked and they said they support php 5

Unfortunately, if you're using the lowest hosting package they offer, scripting is not allowed - Apache will not be enabled.
