Hey guys. I recently launched a new website that used a fairly specific CMS for that market. It's constructed in such a way as , much like Wordpress, you create a new folder, call it something and off you go editing.

 

I've been approached by a guy from another country who's asked me to sell him the template for use in a specific county for a specific use, but I've never had this happen to me before so am looking for some guidance. Clearly I want to get paid for it, but by the same token I don't want my hard work being used in something inappropriate or just being trashed. So do I sell the template lock stock? Do I sell the code under licence? Or is there something else?
