I'm looking for a simple glossy photo frame place at an angle, the sort you often see on video-editing software & mac-esque sites...

 

Or better yet, anyone have a tutorial on how to make one of these in photoshop?

What version of Photoshop do you got? The more recent ones got some nice perspective tools. From CS1 or CS2 I think. Before that I believe some more tweaking with the Transform tool is required.

With a little few adjustments with the layer styles it could look more shiny (but if it is for the sailing site it might be better if it remained how it is as too glossy wouldn't work with that site)

how to place at angle (with a better looking photoframe but again wouldn't fit your site if it is the sailing one, what you need is near the bottom)
