I have started making this layout which I will convert to a wordpress theme for my blog. Just wanted to see what people think to the structure and colours etc

I like it, it does contain a lot of the Georgia font though maybe integrate some sans-serif font somewhere?

I don't like the typography on the navigation buttons or the main content but other than that I think it's excellent.

 

P.S. Could probably do with 10px to 15px padding at the top and bottom of the main content area below the header and above the footer.

I like the colours apart from maybe the gray at the top.

 

Maybe get rid of the gray and put the logo down onto the sky and flip the menu tabs upside down.

To be honest I preferred the title in Green but I think it looks great, I think the blue and green work really well together. The only other thing is the grass is a bit long at the bottom, I'd probably compress that vertically slightly. Great work though.

Nice job.. my only comment is change the color of the title..
