I just wanted to see what you all thought about my design. Header in PS, the rest coded by hand. Looks good in FF and IE, but there is a problem with <HR> in opera and safari.

I'd recommend removing the HR elements and add a bottom or top -border at the appropriate elements. HR can't be tricky to behave properly.

 

And in any case, I see a horizontal line as a layout element, so it's better fit defined in CSS.

I find the site very boring and lacking in character...
