Hi everyone!

Just a quick question, what would be the best approach to setting up a web conference site, like this one for example?

I can see its coded in php, but what be the best approach to starting one from the ground up?

or are there better solutions to making one from scratch?

I would just like to know what my options are?

Thanks for you time,

Sunny
