I am looking for an image rotator that will display images in order, and will rotate every 60-90 seconds.

If the images will always be in the same order and are all the same size, you could make an animated gif:-

I've used this incredibly small program which works well:-

which needs the delay set in centiseconds so 9000 would be 90 seconds.
