I have sql, php supporting web hosting.

You don't want to just add a login area just cos your template has it, you need a reason to have it.

 

You will need a reason for people to login, to create an account etc

 

Work out what you want, what you want your site to do.

 

You need to know php and know exactly what you want in mind, before you start coding, or you pay someone
