October 14, 200916 yr Hi everyone, I'm Sunny Sahota. I have just started up as a freelance web designer, specialising in Photoshop designs. I'm currently at university on a Financial Computing degree, and over the years I have made several low spec and seemingly pointless sites. The first site I made was an arcade which bypassed our school proxy server and allowed all the other kids to play games during the I.T lessons. Suffice it to say I was pretty impressed with myself and although I wasn't paid, it was at that point that I realised I could use my creativity and come up with solutions to most of the problems people face in many situation . At this time, I don't have any sites up, although I am working on a site for a friend who is a music producer. This is going well and hopefully will be live within a week or so. When it goes live, I will post a link so everyone here can get a feel for how I work. I have yet to set up as a self-employed sole trader, still reading up on tips and advice with regards to that front . A rather long intro and first post, but I am eager to meet other designers who utilise photoshop as a main platform for web design, and generally look forward to getting to know a lot of new people
October 14, 200916 yr Author Thanks LYCK, will do, looking forward to seeing some of your work on the web! EDIT: Hey man I was looking at your new site, and I just saw that you went to Kingston Uni!! I go to Brunel Uni, so you were literally down the road! Maybe we could work a few sites together some time?
