I hate to be the messenger of doom, but anyone can rank for their company name, so forget about that.

 

You are on page 3 for what keyword, in terms of searches per month and competing pages? If it is a very uncompetitive term then you can rank in a day on page one, so before you decide about moving to page 2/1 you need to be sure that you are going to focus your efforts on trying to get to page one for a realistic keyword - have you done your research?
