What are the ways of adding rss feed to a site

enable cookies unavalible?

rss is it's own standard like html, xml... it stands for realy simple sindicate and is a deriavative of xml. (basicaly xml with some set tag names)... the only way to add rss is via this data structure.

I generaly use php to update my feeds, a nice method is to get apache to process xml as php (only for your rss directory), and select you data stright from a database.
