Several Problems with paragraphs and Layout

Featured Replies

Hey everyone I have some real problems with this site. The styles page divs will not align properly, I am trying to arrange the 1st pic to the left with text to the right, second pic to right with text to left etc. Also my paragraph classes will not work and I do not know why. I was also wondering if there is a way in which I can get the paragraph at the top of the menu bar with black background to align at the bottom? Also is there a way in which I can get the menu pic to slide back up once I click another button.

I know there is quite a few questions, if you could answer any of them then that would be great, thanks.

The other css file was not edited although I changed the filename.

There are probably lots of ways of coding what you want, the above is just my way. It validates.

I can't help with the top header.jpg link for Curly's, Qualified Caribbean Stylist without knowing the size of the image.

If you want the text to line up with the images delete the padding-left: 20px or padding-right: 20px and add 20px to the widths of #style .p1 to #style .p4.

One of your errors was to have a style #style p1 instead of #style .p1

Don't use just a number for an id or class like #3 so I changed them to #a3, etc.
