September 21, 200917 yr Hi, I am a noob with wordpress and I need to have categories in the main menu? So whenever a post is created and a Category is chosen for it, it will appear in the Categories menu. I cannot seem to find a plugin to get this to work? the site i have almost finished creating is at www.bhangra.org Thanks guys

Where am I going wrong. (The Categories, featured news, news in the menu were created by myself by adding pages.)

September 21, 200917 yr when you created the posts, did you set the category it is in? Go to posts, then edit. and you will see all the posts and should be like this post title - author - category - tags - date if you don't set the category, it goes into uncategorized, so won't show up under news etc

Do I need to install a plugin for this to actually work?
September 21, 200917 yr Nope it should work from the menu used. I have used it before but can't find the exact code i used. post on the wp forums and someone will know the answer
