September 21, 200917 yr Hello friends, I just launched my new website but i cant figure out why my accordion is not working properly for the given link which is working fine on my pc locally,the problem comes once i upload it to server company profile On my homepage the accordion and image are just fine home can any one solve this?? one more problem what is the reason for the blue border around the live support image ? i have used .png file with transparent background in photoshop?
September 21, 200917 yr the reason for the border (guessing that your viewing threw IE) is that IE adds borders to anchors containing images. place this in your CSS: a img { border:none; }
September 21, 200917 yr The accordion menu doesn't work in Company Profile page probably because the link is <script type="text/javascript" src="javascript/ddaccordion.js"></script> and the page is 404 NOT FOUND but in the Home page the link is <script type="text/javascript" src="ddaccordion.js"> where the .js file is live.
September 21, 200917 yr Author what about the border around the image i tried a img { border:none; } css but it wont work ?
September 22, 200917 yr Check the background colors for the parent div classes; #menuBlock .firstBox { padding-top: 25px; background: url('../images/bg-content_right.gif') 0 0 no-repeat; } What is this image? I can't download it, but it should surround the live support.gif which is only 218px wide in a wider space (and don't have spaces in filenames - browsers add %20 into the spaces). If it's not one of those it may be in the image. I can see that the area surrounding the logo is transparent but it may be creating a pale blue border (although I can't see it from looking at the image on its own).

I dont think the problem is from there see even after removing tht path of image on company profile page the link herecompany profile the problem persists to make it more clear i have added my logo .png at top to show tht whatever image i am adding it takes a border like tht ,white border in this case and a light blue border against white backgrounds?
September 23, 200917 yr Author all right guys my problem is solved it was this img { border: 3px #ecf8ff solid !important; } creating problem its solved thanks everyone for your help
September 23, 200917 yr I've looked at the company profile page in IE7 and Firefox and the border isn't there now, no white for the top left logo and no light blue for the right logo. Glad you found it. As for the first suggestion that it was an image link border color, I never did think it was that as the color seemed wrong and it didn't change on hover.
