I liked it as it was loading (the top 1/4) lol.

 

Not a fan of those boxes that looks like a shody shadow effect.

 

Logo looks really nice.

 

Navigation could do with some padding on the left hand side.

 

Like i said, like the top half, those boxes let you down tho.

Agree with Snowy totally. You could do with lining up things a little better and providing some space around the navigation. Also, your text doesn't read nicely - you need a native English copywriter.
