i am new to freelancing and have been doing some work recently for a large company. they have been sending me purchase orders for these freelance jobs. they are vat registered, i am not.

 

my question is, should i be adding vat onto my invoices?

 

should i be invoicing them the net total?

should i include the vat into the total price?

or should i invoice the net total, plus vat?

Ignore the vat on their PO, you should invoice them the Net total.
