TopStyle is a javascript editor ( I didn't know that):)

 

I already have this - its a fine program for css editing

+PHPED supports .js editing :)

notepad++, PSPad or WeBuilder are fine.

You could also try NetBeans, and Eclipse is pretty good too, though hard to set up.

Most half decent editors should have js covered but my personal fave is geany on linux.
