I really like the top logo out of the two. The 2 green gradients look good. I would prob say make the text underneath a bit smaller its a bit too big at the moment.

Thanks, second logo it is for black and white(i don't know how correctly say this in english) printers. First for web-site and other digital use.

Haha guys why are you judging it as two logos, it's clearly one color one greyscale :p.

 

Great logo, although the reflection on the coloured version makes it look tacky, remove it! And the shadow for that matter..

I'm with Russ..... too web 2.0.

 

Other than that, I rather like it :)
